Description: Numerous are the chiaroscuro elements which outline the African Continent’s horizon for the year 2007. On one hand the ever growing conflict in the Central-Eastern Regions, the recrudescence of endemic diseases (malaria, Ebola, cholera) that were never completely defeated from North to South, economy stagnation particularly critical and onerous in Burkina Faso, Chad and Zimbabwe.
