Description: This paper comments on the changes in China's foreign policy. According to the author, China has dramatically changed its public diplomacy and taken the initiative in the international environment by renewing or strengthening existing diplomatic tools and creating new ones. He claims that Chinese active diplomacy and its presence in media may aim at improving China's perception in the world.
